Mission Statement:

The purpose of the School of International Affairs Black Student Association (SIABSA) is to provide a forum for Black students at the School of International Affairs (SIA) to inform Penn State students of the contributions African Americans have made to International Affairs, and increase diversity and inclusion at SIA.
