What is your career goal? To work in human rights and policy, possible with an NGO or Non-profit Organization. I want to be in a position to support and advocate on the behalf of others.
Why are you inspired by BSA and diversity in international affairs? Diversity is an essential component of international affairs and relations. BSA has inspired me on how to be a better advocate and ally. Learning and development is an ongoing process in understanding the needs of underrepresented groups and minorities. I hope to listen and understand more within this amazing organization because it will help me be a better advocate. I believe in learning opportunities outside the classroom and having the chance to hear about international relations through the lens of my peers provides me with a perspective that I might not have otherwise concidered, but is valuable because it takes into account experiences outside of my own background. BSA inspires me to be more and seek out more solutions that help everyone.
