What is your career goal?
My ultimate career goal is to work within an Arab embassy. I’m passionate about advancing diplomatic relations and advocating for human rights in the region. I aim to contribute to policy development and international cooperation, using my academic background and understanding of regional issues to support meaningful diplomatic work. Why are you inspired by BSA and diversity in international affairs?
I am inspired by the Black Student Association (BSA) because of its commitment to fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and representation for Black students. BSA’s advocacy for marginalized communities resonates with my belief in the importance of diversity, not only within campus environments but also in international affairs. I recognize that diverse voices and experiences are critical in shaping more equitable global policies, particularly in regions like the Middle East and North Africa, where complex social, political, and human rights issues intersect. The BSA’s efforts to uplift underrepresented communities inspire me to pursue a career in international diplomacy where I can advocate for inclusive and just policies on a global scale.
