Cathleen Campbell

Ms. Cathleen Campbell joined CRDF Global in 2002 and was appointed president and CEO in 2006. Ms. Campbell has almost four decades of international science, technology and innovation policy and program management experience. She has worked with countries in Eurasia, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
Prior to Joining CRDF Global, Ms. Campbell served as director of the Office of International Technology Policy and Programs, Department of Commerce. From 1995-1997, she was a senior policy analyst in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. Ms. Campbell was the U.S. State Department's program office for Soviet/Russia science and technology affairs from 1989-1994. Previously she held research positions in the private sector.
Ms. Campbell holds an M.A. in Russian and East European studies from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Russian from Georgetown University.
