U.S. Army War College International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise

The International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise created by the U.S. Army War College, trains and gives hands-on experience, negotiation strategizing, and diplomacy skills to SIA students who may someday have the task of resolving real world conflicts.
There will be a talk on the subject of: "Pakistan and its Troublesome Neighbors" by Robin Raphel starting at 3:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. the simulation will start.
