Techno-economic Assessment of Industrial CO2 Storage in Depleted Shale Gas Reservoirs - Farid Tayari

Energy economist and postdoctoral researcher at Penn State, Farid Tayari will speak about the "Techno-economic Assessment of Industrial CO2 Storage in Depleted Shale Gas Reservoirs," from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30 in room 241 Katz.

Tayari is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering. He has a Ph.D. from Penn State in Energy Management and Policy, which is an interdisciplinary major between economics and engineering. He also has an MBA from the University of Tehran, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University.
