Join SIA in welcoming Mr. Leif Trana, Economic Minister with the Norwegian Embassy, to discuss global commons as part of the spring research colloquium series. Before joining the Embassy of Norway as the minister counsellor for economic affairs in August 2014, Leif Trana served as the director of the section for organizational development in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Oslo.
