Whether it be with United Nations agencies, NGOs working on global issues, local/state/federal agencies engaged with international trade and foreign policy, community organizations working with refugee and migrant populations, corporations operating on a world scale, foreign Consulates and Missions to the UN, or think-tanks participating in key global debates, New York City offers a wealth of opportunities to extend your International Affairs training in professional settings. SIA works with the Academic Internship Council to secure internships carefully matched to your interests and skills.
Housing will be in NYU dorms centrally-located in Manhattan. The 10-week program will allow you to complete your SIA Capstone requirement through interning in one of the great centers of global diplomacy, advocacy and commerce.
