SIA Graduate Academic Writing Workshop

Not sure how to properly cite sources? Has it been a while since you worked on academic papers? The Penn State Graduate Writing Center will be facilitating a customized workshop for SIA students on Thursday, September 3rd from 12:45 – 2:15 p.m. via Zoom to review various academic writing principles and concepts (i.e. proper citation and referencing styles, how to avoid plagiarism, developing a proper argument structure) that SIA faculty deem essential to be successful in graduate school. Register on Claudia Prieto’s Starfish advising schedule. 1st year students are highly recommended to attend. 2nd years are welcome to attend.
