Rachel Sayre (SIA '11) is Senior Advisor to the Administrator at the U.S. Agency for International Development, where she manages the Agency's West Africa Ebola Response portfolio on behalf of the Administrator. A graduate of Penn State's graduate program in International Affairs, Rachel has taught sociology in Bhutan, cybersecurity in Kenya, and computer classes in the jungle of Ecuador.
