This workshop will discuss the possibilities of inappropriate and unwelcome encounters with networking contacts, mentors, interviewers, and/or prospective work supervisors, and strategies for managing those situations pro-actively and constructively. There will be a focus on the experiences of women encountering sexualized responses and gender bias. Cosponsored by SIA, Penn State Law, and the College of Agricultural Sciences.
