Professionalism in the Job Search Process: Responding to Inappropriate Encounters

This workshop will discuss the possibilities of inappropriate and unwelcome encounters with networking contacts, mentors, interviewers, and/or prospective work supervisors, and strategies for managing those situations proactively and constructively. There will be a focus on the experiences of women encountering sexualized responses and gender bias. Cosponsored by the School of International Affairs, Penn State Law, and the College of Agricultural Sciences Office of International Programs.
