Join us for the annual Fall Speaker Series presented by the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. This speaker series will showcase the work of our in-house scholars and provide an opportunity for discussion on relevant legal, international, and foreign policy issues. All students and members of the community are welcome to join this discussion.
The third presenter of our 2021 Fall Speaker Series is Larry Catá Backer, W. Richard and Mary Eshelman Faculty Scholar and Professor of Law and International Affairs. Professor Backer will discuss his newly published book, Hong Kong Between 'One Country' and 'Two Systems'.
