Join us for the third annual Fall Speaker Series presented by the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. This speaker series will showcase the work of our in-house scholars and provide an opportunity for discussion on relevant international and foreign affair issues. The third presenter of our Fall Speaker Series is Susan Beth Farmer, McQuaide Blasko Faculty Scholar and Professor of Law. She will be speaking on "International Criminial Law: The Third Wave".
