Gai Nyok will present "From Lost Boy to American Diplomat: one refugee's amazing story" at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 20 in room 112 Kern Building. Nyok is a Sudanese refugee who recently became a Foreign Service Officer and is in training beofre going to Caracas, Venezuela as his first post as an American diplomat.
This event is free and open to the public, and is sponsored by the Center for Global Studies, Schreyer Honors College, and the School of International Affairs.
