Kevin Thomas, Professor of Sociology, Demography, and African Studies and Director of the Sociology undergraduate program at the Pennsylvania State University, will be presenting "Contract workers, risk, and the war in Iraq: Sierra Leonean labor migrants at U.S. military bases." The presentation will be on Thursday, November 14th at 12:30 p.m. in 249 Katz. Thomas' research interests include migration, immigration, race, inequality, families, and Africa.
