Join us for a conversation with faculty from Penn State and East China University of Political Science and Law. Penn State Professor Larry Cata Backer will join guest speakers Zhiwei Tong and Ping Sun, professors at East China University, to discuss the issues that pose the greatest challenges and suggest maximum opportunity for China, and for U.S.-China relations. The setting will be informal and the speakers will welcome lively engagement from the audience.
