Join us for a discussion on the transition from the classroom to a job in economic policy-making with special guest, Dr. Christopher Loewald. Dr. Loewald is responsible for forecasting, global economic analysis, and the writing of the Monetary Policy Review. He is a member of SARB's Monetary Policy Committee and Financial Stability Committee. He is also a cofounder and director of Economic Research South Africa (ERSA), a nonprofit that supports and finances academic research in economics.
