Army War College Simulation on the South China Sea

Join the Penn State School of International Affairs and the Army War College for a rigorous simulation of international debate and diplomacy, emulating the real-world challenges and issues of international diplomatic negoation.
The simulation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on November 2 and last until the following afternoon and will revolve around the South China Sea dispute.
