Lt Colonel Kirk Daniels is a native of Albany, NY with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. He has served in multiple assignments focused on security cooperation with Allies and partners. Most recently, LTC Daniels served in NATO’s Cyberspace Operations Center, developing cyberspace and electronic warfare strategy, policy, and procedures. He has multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, including as the coalition’s director of non-lethal effects in Bagram, Afghanistan from 2019-2020. LTC Daniels holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife, Ellie, have visited 14 countries in three years of marriage.

Lt Colonel Rachel Sullivan is a Civil Affairs Officer with 22 years of military service. She has spent much of her career overseas on assignments in Turkey and Korea, and on multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kosovo. She most recently served as the commander of a Civil Affairs Task Force with teams deployed across the Pacific Island Countries. She previously served as lead Civil-Military Operations Planner at NATO Land Command and in the Republic of Korea. LTC Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University, and a Master of Science from the University of Kansas. She, her husband, and their two children reside in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Brigadier General Atul Bhat of India is an armored officer who has served in various parts in India. He has held varied command and staff assignments during his 30 years of service, including command of an infantry company during Counter Insurgency Operations, command of an armored regiment and an armored brigade, and he has served as deputy commander of an armored brigade at extreme high altitude in the Himalayas. He is a graduate of the Indian Staff College and Higher Command courses. An electronics engineer, he belongs to the northern Kashmir province of India and has travelled widely across his country.

Lieutenant Colonel Brent Chastain is a native of Kennesaw, Georgia. He is married to the former Ms. Tonilynn Perrotta of Richmond Hill, Georgia. Toni and Brent have one son, Tristan, aged twelve years. Brent is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Oregon with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in political science respectively. Brent is an armor officer in the United States Army with over twenty years of service in infantry, tank, and reconnaissance units. His overseas assignments include Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, and most recently at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s Allied Joint Force Command Naples in Italy.
