SIA professor and former U.S. Ambassador Joeseph DeThomas was invited by the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia to speak at the 2016 International Student Summit.
DeThomas, drawing on his three decades of foreign service and high-level government experience, will discuss North Korea's weapons of mass destruction programs. The summit, hosted by the World Affairs Council, will simulate an international emergency involving North Korean WMDs that students will have to solve.
