Join us for the third annual Fall Speaker Series presented by the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. This speaker series will showcase the work of our in-house scholars and provide an opportunity for discussion on relevant international and foreign affair issues. All students and members of the community are welcome to join this discussion. Lunch will be provided.
To kick-off our series, Larry Catá Backer, W. Richard and Mary Eshelman Faculty Scholar and Professor of Law and International Affairs, will be speaking on "Popular Participation, Affirmation, and Engagement in Cuban Marxist Leninist Constitutionalism".
