Language Requirement: Students must have at least 4 semesters of college-level Spanish or its equivalent

  • Full-time enrollment equivalent to 15 – 19 credits 
  • Students required to take one 4-credit IES Spanish class
  • All elective courses taught at the IES Study Center and partner universities (Universidad de Chile and Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile) are taught in Spanish.

Internship option: Yes; internship only offers 120 contact hours which does not meet the SIA Capstone internship requirement
