Students of the School of International Affairs (SIA) are diverse in academic and professional experience, interests, and nationality. SIA students contribute from a broad range of disciplinary backgrounds, including international affairs and relations, business, education, English and various foreign languages, literature, history, political science, journalism, law, engineering, and environmental science. Several are pursuing concurrent or joint degrees in areas such as information science, comparative and international education, engineering, and law. Our program is greatly enriched by the contribution and perspectives of the current student cohort, which represents sixteen different countries: Afghanistan, Canada, China, Colombia, Ethiopia, Germany, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Mexico, South Korea, Turkey, Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
