The Penn State University Libraries, in addition to a multitude of printed materials, have a wealth of information available online.

Other specific resources include the following: The online component of the News and Microforms Library located in Penn State's Pattee Library offers links to major international news databases as well as databases for radio, television and magazine sources.
The library also offers a television news viewing room, with coverage on more than twenty international news stations, including Al-Jazeera, CNN Espanol, and Fox News, at all hours, 24/7. Access to the viewing room is located beside McKinnon Café. The weekly schedule is available on the library's web site.
The Social Sciences Library in Penn State's Paterno Library (adjoined with Pattee at University Park) provides a large number of resources in a range of disciplines, from African/African American Studies to Communication Arts and Sciences to Criminal Justice. The library also includes links to international relations databases and regionally divided intergovernmental organizations.
The Vault Online Career Library, while only available to current Penn State undergraduate, MBA, law students, faculty, and staff, gives those who are eligible access to the world's leading resource in career information, including occupational profiles, company data, and downloadable guides.
