The School of International Affairs' Office of International Career Services (OCIS) is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Dr. Tineke Cunning
Dr. Tineke Cunning is currently the Director of International Career Services. The Director of International Career Services serves as the School of International Affairs and the Dickinson School of Law's Boren Awards for International Study Advisor, U.S. Student Fulbright Program Advisor (FPA) as well as the German Academic Exchange Service's DAAD representative; Rotary International's District 7530 Scholarship's university contact; and National Security Education Program (NSEP) advisor – if interested in learning more about any of these and/or applying, please contact the director via e-mail at tcunning@psu.edu or set up a mutually convenient date and time to meet please contact the OICS director at tcunning@psu.edu, or phone the director at (814) 865-3809.

Gouri Srinidhi
Gouri Srinidhi
Gouri Srinidhi is currently pursuing a degree in International Affairs at The Pennsylvania State University, with an emphasis in sustainable development and a particular interest in South Asia. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Journalism (News Editorial) and a B.A. in International Affairs. She has worked for a number of publications, and was a reporter for a citywide newspaper, The Daily Camera. Gouri is proud of being a Colorado native, and her (Asian) Indian heritage.She has worked for several development related Non-Governmental Organizations, including her role as a coordinator in BeadforLife, an environmentally conscious organization that promotes the economic independence of  women in Uganda, and her teaching position at Swagath Education Community Action (SECA), a grassroots, education-based organization for children in the slums of Bengaluru, India.
 
Michelle Sarver
Michelle Sarver
Michelle Sarver is a second-year student of International Affairs at The Pennsylvania State University. Her studies focus on the Middle East and peace and conflict studies, with an emphasis on intrastate conflict resolution. She accompanied her studies with Arabic language immersion in Amman, Jordan during the summer of 2012. Michelle is executive editor and designer of the Penn State Journal of International Affairs, student work editor for the Journal of Law and International Affairs, and contributing writer to The Rogue Scholar's Society. She also works as a research assistant to SIA faculty member Ambassador Richard Butler, Distinguished Scholar of International Peace and Security. Before pursuing graduate studies, Michelle received dual degrees in political science and mass communication (journalism) from Bloomsburg University. She attended the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems at Georgetown University through the Fund for American Studies during the summer of 2009 and worked at the North American Association for Environmental Education as a legislative intern during her stay.
